Castillo, Caturra and Colombia large beans. This coffee has sweet fruits and chocolate notes and a rounded mouthfeel that just makes you want one more cup every time.
Produced in the traditional coffee region of Caldas by 2083 families owning very small farms (no more than 2.5 hectares each) located between 1400 and 1800 meters above sea level. This coffee is handpicked, fermented for 14 hours, washed and set to sun-dry in patios for between 5-10 days.
